1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FOCL ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FOCL is a wedding photography management platform that helps photographers organize shot lists, timelines, people, and vendor information for wedding events. The Service includes web and mobile applications for planning and day-of shooting assistance.

3. User Accounts

To use FOCL, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all content you upload to FOCL, including wedding details, shot lists, timelines, and contact information. By using the Service, you grant FOCL a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.

We take data protection seriously. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can export or delete your data at any time through the Settings page.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious content or attempt to breach security
• Share your account credentials with others
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape or collect data from the Service without permission

6. Sharing & Collaboration

FOCL allows you to share wedding projects with other users (e.g., second shooters, assistants). When you share a project, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share the information contained within it. Shared users will have access based on the permission level you assign.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep FOCL available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We recommend using the offline features for critical wedding-day operations.

8. Limitation of Liability

FOCL is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost data, missed shots, or any impact on your photography business. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups and contingency plans.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy (30-day grace period for account recovery).

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
